TOWARD A MANIFESTO OF ART
When it comes to Art with a capital "A", I am at best a novitiate and at worst a naif. Thankfully, art, or more broadly, creativity is not the exclusive purview of some elite class of professional practitioners. But I have seen, heard, tasted, smelled and touched enough of the world to know that Bernard Iddings Bell was right when he said, "To be artist and lover, that is the true goal, the only adequate objective, the divinely-destined end of man." To that end, I am constantly poring over the journals and diaries of  painters, musicians, architects, dancers, authors, poets and playwrights in search of adages, axioms and aphorisms that might light my way out of aesthetic darkness.
GREENLAND GUITAR ART
Here's an artist friend for whom I did brand development, web design and marketing: musician, composer and visual artist John Greenland.
